Becky Isaacs Bowman

Becky Isaacs is the guitar player and vocalist for The Isaacs. She started writing songs as a teen and landed her first number one with “Stand Still” and has since had charting songs recorded by many artists. Sonya and Becky penned “Heroes,” which won Bluegrass Song of the Year from the Dove Awards as well as other fan favorites, “Waiting in the Water,” “Your Cries Have Awoken The Master,” and “A Miracle Today.” She has also provided background vocals for a variety of artists including Paul Simon, Alabama, Dolly Parton, Don Williams, Merle Haggard, Trace Adkins and Russ Taff to name a few and has received several Female Vocalist and Songwriter of the Year nominations. In 2022 she released her first solo project, “Songs That Pulled Me Through The Tough Times” that debuted at #4 on the Billboard Bluegrass Chart and #6 on the iTunes Country Chart. Becky has a passion for the Lord and loves to minister through song and testimony. She is married to singer/musician/minister John Bowman.
